  • How long until I get my photo(s) back?
    • Our virtually staged photos are delivered in 1-3 business days. But most of the time they are sooner.
  • Can you choose my furniture for me?
    • We prefer not to choose the furniture since each person has individual tastes that are hard to predict.
  • What happens if I don’t like my choice?
    • We can make one change to your order. After that, we will need to charge you again.
  • What happens if I don’t like the job we did?
    • All of our work is 100% guaranteed and we will work with you until you are completely satisfied. 
  • How do I pay?
    • We accept all major forms of credit payment.
  • I have more than 30 photos to stage, can I get a discount?
    • Yes, please fill out our contact us page and we will work with you.
  • Are you able to use furniture from more than one set?
    • I don't know.
  • How do I get my final virtually staged photo?
    • We will send your photo(s) in a link that you can access from our website. 
  • Why should I virtually stage my home for sale or rent?
    • It is a well known fact that vacant homes tend to sit on the market longer than staged or furnished homes. Why? Because potential buyers often have trouble visualizing how their furniture will fit in the home. Furniture and decor bring a space to life, so when the room is empty it can feel uninviting and cold.
    • It is also a well known fact that hiring a staging company to stage home is costly–upwards of $2,000 just for 2-3 rooms! But technology, once again, saves the day! We can virtually stage a room for a fraction of the cost and under 48 hours.
  • Won’t the home buyer or renter get upset when they see the home in person?
    • They can, but many homes are photographed before the seller moves out and are viewed after they have moved out. 
  • Can you virtually stage outside areas?
    • We can!
  • Do you do commercial offices or stores?
